Although Holland and the Netherlands share the same language, many people make no doubt that they need specifically a Dutch-Russian or a Netherlandish-Russian translation. The French-speaking region of Belgium consists of two parts, which are Wallonia and Brussels. Generally, Belgian French language shows less tense articulations and slower speech tempo.
